I offer both in-person and virtual appointments.

15 - 20 minute phone call to determine if working together is right for you. Allows you to gather information and ask questions without a price and time obligation.

90 minutes - This is where I gather a detailed picture of who you are and what we should focus on moving forward. Mind, body and soul are all considered to create an individualized plan for you.

60 - 90 minutes dependent upon progress and support level. During these appointments we focus on your individualized goals, progress and education geared towards your success.
